Nouhayla Errahili (نُهيلة الراحِلي), is a distinguished student-athlete, scholar, and community advocate whose journey reflects resilience, excellence, and service. Born and raised in Morocco, she discovered her passion for athletics at the age of 11 while excelling academically, consistently earning top marks and awards for achievement. From an early age, she proved that success in the classroom and on the field could go hand in hand.
Despite cultural skepticism toward women pursuing sports, Nouhayla remained steadfast in her goals, supported by her parents’ encouragement. Determined to forge her own path, she combined discipline, ambition, and hard work to succeed in multiple arenas.
Her dedication brought her to the United States, where she joined the Track & Field team at Azusa Pacific University. There, she achieved six national championship titles, earned All-American honors, and completed three college degrees in different fields. She is currently pursuing her MBA, integrating her athletic discipline with a vision for leadership and advocacy.
Nouhayla’s commitment extends far beyond personal success. She mentors aspiring student-athletes, particularly those facing cultural and academic challenges while adapting to life in the United States. Her guidance emphasizes perseverance, self-belief, and the importance of education as a foundation for success.
Her community involvement spans a wide range of humanitarian and cultural causes. Nouhayla actively volunteers with organizations serving children, refugees, and underserved populations. In July 2025, she was crowned Miss Arab USA, a role she embraces as a platform to highlight the achievements and potential of Arab women worldwide. Nouhayla uses her visibility to promote gender equality, expand access to education, and encourage the next generation to pursue their dreams confidently and unapologetically. She seeks to challenge stereotypes, foster cross-cultural understanding, and showcase the richness of Arab heritage.
